The technician was very nice they came out fast. My only complaint is 30 minutes of work for $512 for a new spring. I thought was a little high but they were already out here so we just decided to go through with it I've paid a lot less for more time on the job. Service man did his job but I think one new spring and a to lube rails for 30 mins of work at $512 cost should be lower I expect that when I am replacing a larger equipment.
