Two guys came out and spent very little time diagnosing the problem then told me I needed a new motor or contactor. I had to ask which and if they checked motor. They did check and said motor was bad. They priced me a motor for $700. I found a comparable motor to buy for $230. I had my guy double check before ordering the motor and he found a loose wire that fixed our problem. I paid your guy $500 for nothing!!!!
